Regular garages, on the other hand, are at ground level and may be more susceptible to flooding during heavy rain or in flood-prone areas. However, it is important to note that in extreme cases of flooding, even an underground garage may not provide complete protection for a car. **

This can happen if you are driving through areas with poor reception or if there are physical obstructions blocking the signal. Additionally, if your car radio is not properly tuned to the frequency of the radio station, it may result in songs skipping. Lastly, technical issues with the radio itself, such as a malfunctioning antenna or tuner, could also be the cause of songs skipping. **
