It is generally better to be self-assured rather than overconfident or self-doubting. Self-assured individuals have a realistic understanding of their abilities and are confident in their decisions, while still being open to feedback and learning from their mistakes. Overconfident individuals may take unnecessary risks and overlook potential pitfalls, while self-doubting individuals may struggle to take action and achieve their goals. Striking a balance between confidence and humility is key to success in both personal and professional endeavors. **

Individuals with self-doubting, avoidant personality disorder may find professions that allow for solitary work or limited social interactions to be suitable. Some examples of professions that may be a good fit include writers, researchers, computer programmers, graphic designers, or artists. These professions provide opportunities for individuals to work independently and focus on tasks that do not require frequent social interactions or assertiveness. **

Self-confidence can certainly contribute to elegance, toughness, and self-assurance, but it is not the sole factor in determining these qualities. Elegance can be a result of self-confidence, as it often involves carrying oneself with grace and poise. Self-assurance can also be a byproduct of self-confidence, as believing in oneself can lead to a strong sense of self-assuredness. However, toughness may not necessarily be directly linked to self-confidence, as it can be influenced by a variety of factors such as resilience, determination, and inner strength. **

I am doubting the accuracy and reliability of the information I provide, as well as my ability to understand and interpret the questions asked of me. One way to stop constantly doubting oneself is to practice self-compassion and self-acceptance. This involves being kind and understanding towards oneself, and acknowledging that it's okay to make mistakes and have flaws. Another helpful strategy is to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs by replacing them with more positive and realistic ones. Seeking support from friends, family, or a therapist can also provide valuable perspective and encouragement. Finally, setting achievable goals and celebrating small victories can help build confidence and reduce self-doubt. **

To stop doubting yourself so often, it's important to practice self-compassion and self-acceptance. Remind yourself of your strengths and accomplishments, and challenge negative self-talk with positive affirmations. Set realistic goals and celebrate your progress, rather than focusing on perfection. Surround yourself with supportive and encouraging people who believe in you, and seek professional help if self-doubt is significantly impacting your well-being. Remember that it's okay to make mistakes and that self-doubt is a common experience, but with time and effort, you can build confidence and trust in yourself. **
